Helping Smiles Bloom: Meet Clinical Assistant Sara Frahm
Sara brings a passion for building trust, helping patients feel comfortable and celebrating their growing confidence.

At Bloom Orthodontics in Parker, Sara Frahm helps patients feel comfortable and supported as they work toward healthier, more confident smiles. As a Clinical Assistant with over 20 years of orthodontic experience, she brings knowledge, skill and a warm, personal approach to patient care. Whether she’s helping someone through an appointment they feel nervous about or celebrating their progress, Sara loves being part of each patient’s journey.
For Sara, orthodontics is about caring for the whole person. She takes time to ask about patients’ interests, hobbies and everyday lives, building connections that help them feel at ease. Earning a patient’s trust is one of the most rewarding parts of her work, along with seeing their confidence grow and watching them smile more freely as treatment progresses.
With a love for gardening, lake days and her sweet Boston Terrier, Sara Frahm has plenty to smile about—and loves helping patients feel the same. Get to know her a little better below…
