Providing this information ahead of time will expedite the new patient process. However, if you prefer to provide this information in person you may do so at your scheduled appointment.

We're all visual learners so at your first visit we start by gathering some images of your teeth to help facilitate a good discussion about your orthodontic needs. This includes:

3D scan of your teeth

Radiographic images of your teeth and jaws.
